Participants sought for taste study

- February 6, 2006

Adults ages 35 to 60 are being recruited for a study looking at why people eat what they do.

Participants in the study will attend two sessions involving tasting food and food grade solutions, and complete a questionnaire on what they eat and the foods they like or dislike. Each participant will receive $15 per hour for his or her time.

The study has been approved by the University’s Committee on the Use of Human Subjects in Research.

To take part in the study, contact Bridget Sullivan for more information: 860-486-0034 or via e-mail: bridget.sullivan@uconn.edu.
