Dance Cabaret to Benefit Local Hospital
A dance cabaret to benefit Windham Community Memorial Hospital will take place on Saturday, June 25, at 8 p.m. at the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts. The doors will open at 7 p.m. Cabaret fare and a cash bar will be available and the dress is casual.
The event, featuring David Foster and the Mohegan Sun-All Stars (formerly the Shaboo All-Stars), is sponsored by the Auxiliary to the hospital and will benefit the hospital’s capital campaign for its emergency department and outpatient services expansion project.
The band, with Foster as the lead vocalist, plays classic rhythm and blues and the Memphis R&B genre.
