New Biology Seminars Offered

A new seminar series on "Advances in Regenerative and Developmental Biology" will be offered this fall. The series is hosted by the newly established Center for Regenerative Biology, in the Advanced Technologies Laboratory at the Storrs campus.

The seminars will provide a venue for the presentation of significant research by established scientists invited from outside the University. The series will also include some faculty speakers from the Storrs campus and the Health Center who are engaged in regenerative biology research.

The seminars will take place every Tuesday, beginning Sept. 2, from noon to 1 p.m. in Room 130 of the Biology/Physics Building. Refreshments will be served from 11:30 a.m. Seminars may occasionally take place in Room 109 of the Advanced Technologies Laboratory, at 1392 Storrs Road, by special announcement.
