Process improvement teams honored by Karen A. Grava - November 26, 2007 |

| Four teams of employees who have worked together to improve challenging administrative processes were honored Nov. 16 during a celebration at the Alumni Center. President Michael Hogan and Vice President Barry Feldman addressed the honorees. The teams are part of the BEST program (Breakthroughs, Excellence, and Success through Teamwork), a joint initiative between the Health Center and the Storrs Campus that seeks to improve services provided to students, patients, faculty, and staff through process improvement teams charged with tackling specific ongoing problems.
