The Human Rights Institute has announced a human rights research grant competition for faculty and graduate students. The objective of this competition is to support and promote research projects on human rights-related issues.
The program is open to all faculty and all master’s degree and doctoral students from Storrs and the regional campuses, in all disciplines. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, March 1.
The Institute has also announced a one-semester fellowship for tenure-track faculty that will provide a two-course remission over one semester during the academic year 2006-07.
This competition is intended to support and promote faculty research projects on human rights and to facilitate the writing of external grant proposals.
The fellowship is open to all tenure-track faculty in all disciplines at Storrs and the regional campuses. The deadline for applications is March 15.
