Rwandan president outlines human rights progress since '94 genocide
Eleven years after suffering the worst genocide the modern world has ever seen, the Republic of Rwanda is still “a work in progress.” But it has made great strides in restoring human rights and the rule of law, the country’s president said Sept. 19 during a packed forum at the Student Union Theatre.

Behavioral expert hired as Neag chair in special ed
One of the foremost authorities on emotional and behavioral disorders and positive behavior supports has been hired for the Neag School of Education’s newly established Carole J. Neag Chair in Special Education.

University responds to drought
