Student Union Landscaping to be Discussed Nov. 3
Preliminary plans for landscaping renovation of the Student Union Quadrangle will be presented to the University community for discussion on Wednesday, Nov. 3 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Student Union, first floor, North Lobby.
The plans have been drawn up by Jennifer Jones, principal, and Eric Lucas, project manager, both of Carol Johnson Associates Inc. of Boston, Mass., working with students from the landscape design class in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
The University community is invited to comment on the landscaping plans before they are finalized.
The plans will be implemented after construction of the whole Student Union building project is completed in 2005. The first phase of the Student Union renovations, including the new theater, opened this fall.
