Connecticut Law Review Ranks In Top 30

UConn's Connecticut Law Review is ranked among the nation's top 30 legal periodicals, according to a study released this month by the Washington & Lee University Law Library.

The study uses a database derived from Westlaw, the foremost provider of e-information to the U.S. legal market, to rank 884 U.S. "law reviews" according to the frequency of their citation in scholarly literature.

Law reviews are legal periodicals that contain articles written by law professors, judges, practitioners, and law students. The Connecticut Law Review was ranked 26th with 1,847 citations, a move up from last year's 28th place ranking. Top honors went to the Harvard Law Review, with 6,682 citations.
