UConn competitive in landing NSG grants
Five UConn researchers were awarded prestigious National Science Foundation CAREER grants during the 1997 fiscal year. In comparison, over the same period Yale University received six such grants, the University of Michigan received four, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill received one. The professors and their awards are:
